Your submission — If you filled out the savings estimator and want to confirm receipt, update your contact info, or stop further outreach, include your reference number (starts with "HZ-") in the subject line.

Data requests — To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data under CCPA, CDPA, or other state privacy laws, write "Data Request" in the subject and include the email and ZIP you submitted with.

Partner agent complaints — If an agent who contacted you misrepresented themselves, asked for sensitive information up front (SSN, Medicare beneficiary ID, banking), or pressured you, please report it. Subject: "Agent Complaint" plus the agent's name and the date of contact.

Healthzora is not Medicare. We cannot help you enroll in or change a Medicare plan directly. For questions about your current Medicare coverage, call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or visit medicare.gov.
